Sign painted by the Water Supplies Department of Hong Kong
These signs were painted by the Water Supplies Department to give details on the underground water mains. Since the first signs were painted in 1902, these on-street markings in the shape of a house have become a familiar sight and part of our daily life. Incorporating the sign and the slogan ‘WE LOVE HK’ in its design, this dynamic scarf carries strong local flavor.
