Tshachu refers to the hot springs of Bhutan. The Bhutanese people soak in these hot springs for its curative, medicinal value to promote good health. The scarf colours draw inspiration from the springs of health; with the blue representing the spring water, the green symbolising renewal, the rosy pink depicting good health.

Each scarf takes at least a few days to hand weave, starting from yarn spinning to tassel rolling. By purchasing one, you are also helping to empower Bhutanese artisan women to use their creative talents to become financially independent.
